Information submitted through an online form, email, text message, telephone call, social media platform, or other communication may be used to understand your project and determine whether we are able to provide the requested services.

Any estimate, quote, proposal, or price provided by Rodney Will Do It may be subject to:

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, an estimate is not a guarantee of the final cost of a project.

4. Changes to Services or Project Conditions

Property-service projects can involve conditions that cannot reasonably be determined before work begins.

Examples may include concealed damage, structural conditions, buried materials, unexpected plumbing or electrical conditions, excessive debris, hazardous materials, inaccessible areas, infestation, mold, water damage, or other conditions not reasonably visible during an initial inspection.

If conditions are discovered that materially affect the scope, cost, schedule, safety, or manner of performing the work, Rodney Will Do It may communicate the issue to the customer and, where appropriate, provide a revised estimate or proposal.

Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

By requesting services, you represent that you have the legal authority to authorize Rodney Will Do It to enter and perform work at the property.

If you are renting, leasing, managing, or otherwise occupying a property owned by another person or entity, you are responsible for obtaining any required authorization before services begin.

Rodney Will Do It may decline or postpone work if reasonable access or authorization cannot be established.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services will be communicated to the customer through an estimate, proposal, written agreement, invoice, or other applicable communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due according to the payment terms provided with the applicable service or invoice.

  • Additional services or work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

  • Materials, disposal fees, equipment, specialty services, permits, or other project-related expenses may be charged when applicable.

  • Taxes and other legally required charges may apply.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services and may result in additional collection-related costs to the extent permitted by law.

Appointments and project schedules are subject to availability.

Rodney Will Do It may reschedule an appointment because of circumstances including severe weather, emergencies, unsafe working conditions, equipment problems, material delays, property-access issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should provide reasonable advance notice.

Any cancellation fees, deposits, or other scheduling requirements applicable to a particular service will be disclosed to the customer before they become applicable.

9. Materials and Customer-Provided Items

When Rodney Will Do It supplies materials, we may select materials reasonably appropriate for the agreed scope of work unless the customer and Rodney Will Do It have agreed otherwise.

If a customer requests or supplies specific materials, products, fixtures, equipment, or other items, the customer is responsible for ensuring that those items are appropriate for the intended use unless Rodney Will Do It has expressly agreed in writing to assume responsibility for their selection.

Customer-provided materials may affect scheduling or project completion if they are defective, unavailable, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or incompatible with the project.

Where applicable, third parties may be subject to their own terms, requirements, licenses, insurance, or service limitations.

12. Permits, Licenses, and Regulatory Requirements
